I was in an accident where I rear ended another vehicle. I had just purchased the vehicle. I assumed that coverage was going to extend from my old vehicle to my new vehicle for 30 days which is typical in this situation. Turns out, I was wrong. I was upset and frustrated that this insurance company was handling it differently than my previous experience. I asked Resh to help but I wasn't optimistic at all. He was able to get the insurance company to extend coverage even though my policy didn't call for it. He didn't need to fight for me. He did. Even better, we were able to get a result that exceeded expectations.
